Job Summary
Planning, organizing, and overseeing the procurement of all materials, equipment, and assets (both fixed and current) in accordance with the approved procurement system; managing supplier relationships and logistics services; and leading and guiding the work team. This role also entails strategic planning, supervision, and direction of all company logistics activities—including the management of transport and vehicles, worker accommodation, and warehousing—to ensure operational efficiency, asset preservation, and an environment that effectively supports the needs of various departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with relevant stakeholders, monitoring performance, and leading the team to achieve the highest standards of quality and effectiveness in the delivery of support services.
Responsibilities

Developing and implementing procurement and logistics plans and policies.
Managing suppliers and negotiating prices and contracts.
Ensuring the availability of materials and services at the right quality, time, and cost.
Monitoring purchase orders, supply, and receipt processes.
Managing inventory and reorder levels.
Overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Monitoring supplier performance and addressing issues and delays.
Controlling costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preparing reports and performance indicators for senior management.
Managing the procurement and logistics team and developing their skills.
