Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. Ensures that all MEP systems operate efficiently and safely, in accordance with company standards and maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities

Electrical Works
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, breakers, switches, and distribution systems.
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of lighting systems and electrical outlets.
Identify and repair electrical faults.
Inspect cables, wiring, and electrical connections.
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
Support emergency power systems and equipment as required.
Mechanical & HVAC Works
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC and ventilation systems.
Maintain air-conditioning units and monitor their performance.
Inspect pumps, fans, motors, and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults.
Carry out preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Monitor operating temperatures, pressures, and equipment conditions.
Plumbing Works
Maintain water supply and drainage systems.
Repair water leaks, blockages, valves, and fittings.
Inspect and maintain water pumps and tanks.
Maintain sanitary fixtures and plumbing lines.
Monitor water pressure and ensure proper operation of plumbing systems.
