Job Summary
To supervise and coordinate daily facilities management operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high quality standards, and full compliance with health, safety, and operational requirements
Responsibilities

Supervise on-site service teams (cleaning, maintenance, and support services).
Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor service quality.
Assign daily tasks and follow up on team performance and productivity.
Coordinate with clients or site representatives regarding feedback and complaints.
Monitor use of materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support and supervise subcontractors when required.
Ensure facilities are maintained in optimal operational condition at all times.
