Responsibilities
-
Perform civil maintenance works in buildings and facilities.
Carry out repair, patching, plastering, and restoration works.
Repair and replace floor tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, and other finishes.
Repair cracks, damaged surfaces, and minor structural/civil defects.
Perform painting, putty, and wall-finishing works.
Repair doors, windows, and related civil works.
Carry out waterproofing and minor sealing works as required.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Inspect facilities and identify civil maintenance requirements.
Attend and complete maintenance work orders within the required timeframe.
Use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Ensure the quality of completed maintenance works.
Maintain clean and safe work areas after completing tasks.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other maintenance teams when required.
Follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
Report completed works, defects, and additional requirements to the supervisor.
Perform other duties related to civil maintenance as assigned by the supervisor.
