Requirements:
• Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/ CHILLER systems within the Facilities Management industry.
• Preference will be given to Gulf-experienced candidates.
• The ability to read, understand, and follow drawings and diagrams for various projects
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/ CHILLER systems, components, and troubleshooting methods.
• Good understanding of safety standards and safe work practices.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good Arabic communication skills.

Job Summary
NASCOM is seeking a skilled Chiller Technician responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, particularly chillers, ensuring optimal performance and continuous operation across facilities under the supervision of the Chief of Hard Services (CHS) and the Facility Management Director (FMD).
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, VRV/VRF systems and package units.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with facility management standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC/ CHILLER equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency and energy management.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and technical reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and system failures.
