Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working with CAFM systems such as Archibus, IBM Maximo, Planon, FM, Concept Evolution, or similar platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Job Summary

The CAFM Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to support facilities operations, maintenance activities, asset management, and reporting. The role ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, and effective coordination between facilities management teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
    Administer and maintain the CAFM system and related databases. Create, update, and manage asset, equipment, and location records. Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Support users by providing system training and technical assistance. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely closure of work orders. Manage service requests and monitor SLA compliance. Upload and maintain technical documents, drawings, manuals, and asset records. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new CAFM functionalities. Analyze facilities data and recommend process improvements. Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports related to maintenance and facilities performance.
