Job Summary

Responsibilities

Field supervision: Distributing daily tasks among agricultural workers and monitoring their implementation.
Farm management: Monitoring irrigation, fertilization, seedling planting, and harvesting to ensure quality.
Equipment maintenance: Ensuring the safety and suitability of agricultural tools and machinery for use.
Safety and control: Ensuring workers adhere to occupational safety procedures and conserve resources.
Reporting: Preparing periodic reports on work progress, production levels, and any obstacles encountered.
