Job Summary
Performing supervisory duties for the accommodation of workers or employees, including cleaning, maintenance, following up on the completion of their needs, and managing the accommodation of workers in an organized manner and in accordance with approved procedures.
Responsibilities

Supervises the daily cleaning of the accommodation, including rooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, bedding, and furniture, as well as the cleaning of doors and windows. Reports are submitted, and cleaning supplies are requested monthly.
Requests maintenance work related to the accommodation, follows up on the availability of spare parts, and monitors their implementation.
Supervises the collection of waste from rooms, kitchens, and hallways and its disposal in designated containers.
Monitors the departure of workers from projects, ensuring they wear uniforms, maintain personal hygiene, and are not absent without official excuse.
Assigns new employees to their accommodations after receiving a placement letter from the branch operations management. Ensures that all new employees receive their accommodation necessities (e.g., bed, blanket, pillow, mattress) using a custody receipt form. These forms are kept for submission to the Head of Logistics when inventory is required.
Prohibits housing any individuals from outside the company and submits a report on any hosts to the Head of Logistics.
Maintains the maintenance of all equipment, tools, and supplies in the accommodation. Ensures that all electrical appliances, air conditioners, lights, and fans are switched off daily when workers are not present in the accommodation.
Workers are not permitted to cook or store food inside rooms or anywhere outside the kitchen.
No commercial activities are allowed within the accommodation, and any such activities must be reported.
Workers' information, including their names, numbers, project names, and nationalities, must be posted on each room door.
A detailed report of available spaces in the accommodation must be maintained and submitted weekly.
Daily reports must be submitted regarding workers who have stopped working or left the accommodation without authorization from the relevant department.
Newly arrived workers must be housed in separate rooms until they are assigned by the branch management.
A worker who has absconded from the company is not permitted to reside in the accommodation; only those currently employed may remain.
A documented report of worker violations must be submitted to the branch operations manager.
Occupational safety and health rules and regulations must be followed, and fire extinguishers must be installed and refilled.
Operates any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
